Togakushi Shrine is known as one of Japan’s leading power spots and is visited by many tourists throughout the year.
This time, I toured to Togakushi Shrine on a Harley Sports Glide (FLSB).
What is Togakushi Shrine?
Togakushi Shrine is a shrine located in Togakushi, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture.
It is the main shrine of the approximately 1,300 Togakushi shrines nationwide, and is dedicated to Oyamatsumi, the grandson of Amaterasu Omikami.
Togakushi Shrine is made up of five shrines called Gosha Myojin, and each shrine has its own personality.

The route from central Tokyo to Togakushi Shrine is as follows.
- Get off at Chuo Expressway Nagano Interchange.
- Head north on Route 18 and reach the goal at Togakushi Shrine.
