Hello, this is _hiroyuki.ta. This time, I would like to share with you the details of my touring trip from central Tokyo to the Uchibo Nagisa Line in Chiba Prefecture. Driving with my beloved Harley-Davidson FLSB Sport Glide in the wind was special!
The Uchibo Nagisa Line is a road that runs along the beautiful coast of Chiba Prefecture. It is loved by many touring riders and driving enthusiasts as a spot where you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and scenery. It is especially popular among gourmet travelers looking for fresh seafood, and there are many specialty products. For example, you can taste fresh seafood, clams, and local vegetables.
This time’s starting point is from central Tokyo. Below is the route I took:
Start from Suitengu Street and proceed along Sumida River Ohashi Bridge.
Cross the Sumida River Ohashi Bridge and enter Shuto Expressway No. 9 Fukagawa Line/Route 9.
After entering the Shuto Expressway Wangan Line, go via the Tokyo Bay Aqua Line.
Exit at Kisarazu Minami IC and take Uchibo Nagisa Line/National Route 127.
Highlights of Uchibo Nagisa Line
The views of the ocean along the way were particularly impressive. In particular, as you walk along the Uchibo Nagisa Line, the view of the ocean spreading out to your left is spectacular. The contrast between the blue sea and sky and the ships visible in the distance were a soothing sight that made us forget the hustle and bustle of the city.
Coastline scenery: The seascape that constantly stretches out to the left is breathtaking. Especially in the early morning and at dusk, you can enjoy the beautiful combination of sunlight and the sea.
